Head And Face Trampled Under Flats And Bare Feet

Im going to truly hurt the slave today - I want to only trample his head and face under my flats and later under my naked feet - and even the little cushion under his head is not going to help him with my 60kg 130lbs coming crushing down on his skull from above.
