Its the beginning of the week and what you need is the decent fuck-stick exercise to get your bIood pumping. You will go after my instructions, beginning off slow with 20 second strokes, 5 reps, at regular pace. We will then move our way up to 30 second stroking, 3 reps, fast pace until we go full blast, working our way to an intense release! Now remember, the most important rule in exercising is to make sure you follow all instructions because it is very easy to pull a muscle and we wouldnt want that?now would we?
